Salary : £22000 – £24000/annum pro rata

Our client based in Wyboston is a training company with a unique approach. They are looking to recruit a Bootcamp Delivery Coordinator to plan, organise and manage all communication of delivery for all training events associated to the delegates. Working with all Skills Bootcamp teams to support the Delivery function, including Operations. This is a 4 month Fixed Term Contract to start asap.
Purpose of the role:
• Work closely with the Delivery Manager to provide correct and timely communication to all delegates
• Provide relevant information for course schedules, course confirmation, courseware distribution and Microsoft Teams set up
• Provide delegates with appropriate resources, including signposting to support systems
• Data processing on various CRM platforms
• Keep all platforms used, including OneFile, Goldmine and Microsoft Teams accurate and up to date
• Ensure excellent customer service is given to our delegates and internal teams
• Liaise and coordinate with the wider teams to provide up-to-date and correct information
• Engage with delegates and signpost to Success Coach when required
Candidate Requirements:
• Experience working with the Microsoft suite, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel and ideally experience with CRM software, Excel is used daily
• Experience with working several platforms daily
• Initiative and a willingness to get involved in a wide variety of tasks
• Excellent attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written English communications skills
• Time management, organisation, and planning skills
• Adaptable to constant change
• Previous experience in an office based, customer support and administration role
This is office based and full training will be provided for this role.
This position would suit someone who has been a customer service advisor, sales administrator, training coordinator, training administrator, administrator, sales support administrator, events coordinator.
