Office Manager – Maternity Cover – Mid Bedfordshire £28000 pro rata until the end of August.
Hello Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting an Office Manager on a maternity cover basis for an eco friendly business based in Mid Bedfordshire.
In the role you will be responsible for providing support across all tasks in the office, maintain compliance, including H&S and fire regulations within the office. Project scheduling using project management software and month end reporting will both be key elements of the role together with sourcing office supplies and making sure all the IT equipment is running smoothly and ordering repairs where necessary.
This is a modern and varied Office Manager role where organising travel, updating social media and supporting the Directors with administrative duties will all come in to play.
The ideal candidate will have some project management skills and be a previous user of Project Management software, possess strong administration skills and fully conversant with Office products and high verbal and written skills. The salary on offer is up to £28000 per annum pro rata depending on experience and will run until the end of August
