Job Type : Permanent, Full Time

Salary : £21000/annum

A key role within the association, providing a friendly and professional welcome to visitors and members, ensuring great customer service is always given and presenting a positive impression of themselves and the organisation.

Supporting the day to day running of Office premises as a meeting and conference space for hire, and the facilities within the premises to a high standard.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

* The ability to work as part of a team, support colleagues and promote excellent team spirit.

* A confident, friendly, and approachable demeanour.

* Effective written, verbal and electronic communication skills.

* Strong customer service, administrative, organisational and time management skills.

* IT Literate with knowledge of MS Office including Outlook. Educated to GCSE standard.

* Hours are 35 per week:

* Monday – Thursday – 10:00 – 17:30 (30 mins lunch break)

* Friday – 09:30 – 17:00 (30 mins lunch break).
