We are recruiting for an excellent Fleet and Compliance Operator to join our depot in Bicester. Working as an integral member of the depot, the successful candidate will be responsible for arranging and monitoring vehicle compliance for the depot’s fleet.

Fleet and Compliance Operator Role
• Booking appointments with customers and third party workshops
• Liaising with the Workshop Manager and customers to book vehicles in for compliance checking
• Ensuring that vehicle damages are progressed as per company procedures
• Completing general administration tasks e.g. updating customer insurances, vehicle mileages, tachograph analysis and various fleet reports
• Maintaining and update incident management
• Providing customer support and managing VOR (vehicles off road)
• Other ad-hoc duties as requested by the Depot Manager, Assistant Depot Manager, including providing cover for other areas of the depot administrative function
• Organising and booking drivers

• Excellent interpersonal skills, which include strong written and verbal communication, both internally and externally to the Company
• Excellent telephone manner
• Ability to remain calm under pressure
• Methodical approach to work, and is able to prioritise their workload
• Systematic approach to problem solving
• A flexible approach to work, and willingness to assist in covering for colleagues as required
• Knowledge of drivers time / working time directive would be an advantageous but not essential
