The Opportunity:
Thompson & Terry Recruitment are working alongside a highly technical and innovative business based near Witney who are looking to recruit a confident and well organised Office Administrator to join their small team.
As Office Administrator, it will be your responsibility to handle the day-to-day administration surrounding B2C and B2B customer orders. This will include responding to emails and telephone calls to answer customer enquiries, handling aftersales enquiries, liaising with on-site technicians and engineers and also external suppliers, creating job quotations and also co-ordinating the delivery of products.
Thompson & Terry Recruitment’s client work with affluent clientele across the UK, therefore the successful Office Administrator will be comfortable communicating with people at all levels, becoming an expert in their product offering and must have great attention to detail with fantastic written and numerical skills in order to really hit the ground running.
This Office Administrator role would be well suited to candidates who are quick to learn and committed to taking on the role long-term, but also with existing experience working in a fast-paced administration position.
