As new business co-ordinator you will benefit from a basic salary of £18k and a fantastic commission structure. You will handle warm leads and NEVER make any cold calls.
What were looking for?
Experienced call centre agents Confident and outgoing looking to progress their career within financial services.
About the role
* You will be responsible for inputting all new finance enquiries into the database, arranging calls to schedule suitable appointments for our financial advisers.
* You will need to be a team player and liaise with the rest of the mortgage team to ensure operations run smoothly.
* You will be working in a busy, fast paced environment within a regulatory framework and delivering excellent customer service to all customers.
Hours
A rotating Shift pattern as follows :
Monday 9am-7:00pm, Tuesday Wednesday Thursday 9am-5:30pm, Friday 9am-5pm One Saturday in every 4 weeks 9.30am – 1.30p
