We are currently on the hunt for an experienced Call Centre Agent to join a fast-growing mortgage business based at their state-of-the-art offices in Bolton. The business is well established and growing, with a leading reputation within the mortgage world for being one of the best in class.
The successful Call Centre Agent will be joining a high performing team with hot leads provided. Alongside your team of experienced Call Centre Agent colleagues, you’ll work in a fast-paced environment that truly rewards high performers well in terms of financial recompense and additional rewards and benefits.
As a Call Centre Agent, you will work Monday to Friday on a flexible shift basis, being the 1st point of contact to customers coming through for residential mortgages; first time buyer mortgages, remortgages and second charge mortgages. You will need to complete fact finds to determine the best possible outcome for the customer before passing them to a qualified mortgage advisor to close the sale.
