£22k rising to £25k after Probation + Bonus -OTE £30K
We are currently on the hunt for experienced Case Managers to join our team. The business is well established and growing, with a leading reputation within the mortgage world for being one of the best in class.
The successful Mortgage Case Manager is responsible for processing and managing mortgage applications from the initial response & undertaking tasks to successfully deliver mortgage completions for our customers. This will involve accurately underwriting the case in accordance with the lenders criteria, requesting all required information from third parties – e.g., mortgage companies, management companies, solicitors, accountants, surveyors & corresponding both written and verbally with the customer throughout the process, informing them of the requirements, keeping them updated, and guiding them through the process
You will be working as part of a team with the Mortgage Case Managers to Fully package all submissions to the lender for completion.
As a Mortgage Case Manager, you will work Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm
In return for your efforts, you will be paid a generous basic salary and the company will FULLY FUND your CeMap qualification
