Call Centre Advisor
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £18600 – £23000/annum
We would like to speak to experienced telesales advisors, who maybe looking to build a career within financial services. Starting your career within the secured loan industry offering a basic salary of £18,200 + Commission OTE £23K.
This opportunity has provided successful candidates to progress into Secured Loan Advisor where there is an opportunity for people to train towards full CeMAP qualifications paid for by the business.
Duties
* Following on inbound enquiries in relation to a mortgage or secured Loan
* Responding to customer enquiries who have made initial contact
* Full fact finding and discussing different lending options available to the customer
* Sending out correspondence and dealing with administration duties
* Dealing with a high number of both inbound and outbound calls
Hours
A rotating Shift pattern as follows :
* Week 1 : Monday 9am-8:00pm, Tuesday Wednesday Thursday 9am-5:30pm, Friday 9am-5pm One Saturday in every 3 weeks 9.00am – 1.00pm
* Week 2 : Monday 9am-8:00pm, Tuesday Wednesday Thursday 12-8 pm, Friday 9am-5pm One Saturday in every 3 weeks 9.00am – 1.00pm
We would like to hear from you if you have
* Experience working in a busy call centre/contact centre environment
* Working within targeted outbound sales
* Proven track record for meeting and exceeding personal targets including Sales and KPI’s
