Overview of the Role

We are looking for a new member of the HR team to assist in providing a high quality and proactive generalist HR service to the wider PTS community.

Description of Duties

* Assist with recruitment processes

* Employee lifecycle administration

* Maintain HR records

* HR systems administrator

* Payroll and salary review administration

* Employee appraisal administration

* Support disciplinary and grievance procedures

* 1st Line general support and advice to employees

* Advising managers on company policy and procedures

* Support information and consultation processes

* Provide HR reports to the wider business

* Assist with policy & procedure updates

* Coordinating HR projects

* Keeping up to date with HR best practices

Relevant Necessary Experience & Skills

* Competent in Microsoft Office

* Good knowledge of employment law

* Previous administrative work experience preferred

* The role will suit someone who is organised with the ability to multi-task, prioritise and is comfortable meeting multiple deadlines.
