Technical Compliance Coordinator – Salary up to £41,000
Trevett services are excited to be working with a multi-national reputable Building Services and FM Organisation who are looking to bring on numerous Technical Compliance Coordinators to work on their client site based out of their Central London offices. These are fully office based roles.
They are looking to employ a number of Technical Compliance Coordinators to join their team, and assist with a variety of tasks including reporting administration, quality and safety, and compliance requirements on the contract.

Key Responsibilities of Technical Compliance Coordinators:
* Responsible for all site compliance documents, reporting any breaches
* Collating and running reports on internal compliance data, following correct auditing processes
* Working closely with the Engineering team to identify any contractors who require compliance for site access to run PPM’s
* Managing permits and risk assessments on site for all staff
* Manage scheduled site visits for compliance and audit processes
Experience Required for Compliance Coordinators:
* You must come from an FM or Engineering background, and have an understanding of compliance processes
* Knowledge of Health and Safety requirements within Building Services
* Highly I.T literate with an experience of using Concept
* The ability to liaise with stakeholders across different levels, internal and external
* Experience working in a busy and varied office environment
These are full time permanent roles, 40 hours a week and a brilliant chance to join a national FM company.
Salary is up to £41,000 per annum with excellent company benefits additional to those listed above
