Chef De Partie
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £28000/annum Plus Service Charge
Chef de Partie position available in a luxury hotel restaurant near Penzance.
Requirements:
* Approx.. 2 years’ experience in a similar role and kitchen environment.
* Ability to demonstrate a real passion for all things food related.
* You must be comfortable and confident running any section in a calm and safe manner
* You must understand all elements of our food safety policy
* You have exceptional organisational, planning, and prioritising skills.
* You must show consistency in delivering dishes with excellent product knowledge
* You must be an enthusiastic and self-motivated team player with good communication skills.
Hours: 48 hours a week in a 5-day rota. Straight shifts only
