Head Chef
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £38000 – £43000/annum
My client in Mevagissey are seeking a Head Chef for their busy harbour-side restaurant.
Candidates must have;
* The ability to constantly perform well in a high-pressure and fast-paced environment producing high quality fresh food including seafood.
* Excellent organisational skills to ensure the smooth running of a kitchen In-depth knowledge of all the sections in a kitchen to efficiently manage operations
* Strong leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate a kitchen team
* Solid financial acumen, including the ability to manage a budget
* Business acumen to make sound decisions regarding things like menu prices and kitchen processes and to support business directors to brand standards.
This is a full time permanent position offering a contract of 48 hours per week
Annual salary between £38,000 – £43,000 depending on experience plus fantastic company benefits
