Senior Sous Chef
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £32000 – £36000/annum Plus Service Charge and bonus
Experienced Sous Chef needed for a luxury hotel near Newquay.
You will be supporting a very skilled and experienced Head Chef.
You must be technically minded, be able to run a busy service, and be on hand to train and support the growing team.
This is a high volume and high pressure position at times, so you must be able to remain calm under pressure.
Accommodation available if needed.
Excellent salary available, plus service charge and bonus
