Canteen Manager
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £26000 – £28000/annum
We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client that operates in the food manufacturing sector for a Canteen Manager.
Colleagues working in production, need wholesome, fresh food on a daily basis to ensure they are fully fuelled for the tasks ahead!
Whilst ensuring good food is served, you will also be responsible for the management of the kitchen team,
* Maintaining great engagement levels
* Managing food safety and hygiene standards
* Managing all training aspects
We are looking for the following individual,
* Worked in a supervisory role in a food environment – with food safety qualifications.
* Clear advocate of people engagement and continuous improvement.
* Strong leadership and influential skills.
* Great communication skills.
* Flexible in your approach and demonstrate ability to be inventive with new ideas and events throughout the year.
