Wealth Administrator, Financial Services Administrator
Working on behalf of a long standing client who offers a good working environment with a very low turnover in staff. Due to their expansion, they are seeking an experienced Wealth Administrator, Financial Services Administrator to work on the Pensions and Investments side of the business.
The role is based in Hemel Hempstead, Herts and will involve supporting the 2 Partners in the business with processing new and existing Pensions and Investments business but also acting as Customer Service to their existing clients. This is not a sales role.
You must be confident speaking to clients on the phone, have strong admin skills and experience of dealing with processing pension and investments for new and existing clients, arranging annual reviews etc. The role will also involve producing Suitability reports. They have just introduced a new CRM system called Salesforce.
