Salary : £30000 – £34000/annum

 

NLB Solutions are working with a large business in Hemel Hempstead who are recruiting for a EMEA Payroll Administrator to join an established team. The role will report to the EMEA Payroll Manager where you will assist with processing starters, leavers and updating onto the payroll system, calculating SMP, SSP and SPP payment, dealing with any payroll queries, and completion of year end compliances P11d’s/P60’s .
The business offers a hybrid working pattern and are looking for someone that has worked in a large global company. There is excellent support from senior managers and offer a fantastic newly refurbished working environment.
Duties:
* Processing all starters, leavers and updating into payroll system.
* Calculation of holiday, SSP, SMP, SPP payments.
* Completion of end of year compliance including P60s/P11d’s.
* Ensure that staff records are updated regularly in accordance with any changes.
* Processing of data regarding salaries, including bonus additions, yearly increases, and other salary related changes, and adjust them where required.
* Resolve any payroll queries.
Person spec:
* Previously worked in a multi-national business.
* Hands on payroll experience.
* Good organisation and multi-tasking skills.
* Intermediate level Word and Excel
