Job Type : Permanent, Full Time

Salary : £23000 – £25000/annum

 

We are working with an established business based in Hemel Hempstead who are recruiting a Payroll Administrator. The company are looking for someone who will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of weekly payroll and CIS payments, experience with PAYE and CIS and knowledge of UK PAYE legislation.

The business will offer open plan working environment, onsite parking and discount gym membership. Reporting directly to the Payroll Manager, who encourages development and on the job training.

Duties

* Prepare and process weekly CIS and Umbrella Payments

* Processing any deductions

* Updating starters and leavers

* Processing holiday pay

* Statutory Payments – SMP, SSP, SPP, ShPP, SAP

* Chasing timesheets

Person Spec

* Experience with PAYE and CIS

* Attention to detail and accuracy

* Confident to deal with pay queries and liaise with third parties

* Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

* Intermediate Excel – Pivot tables and lookups
