Salary : £24000 – £25000/annum

Are you a dedicated and reliable individual? Do you have previous Typist experience? In this role, you will be working in a busy Belfast office carrying out various admin duties, with a focus on Typist duties. To carry out all activities in accordance with specified quality, quantity and time targets. Read on to find out more about this exciting opportunity.
Main Duties:
* This role requires strong administrative and organisational skills, excellent communication skills and a good telephone manner
* Word processing of correspondence, typing bills of quantities, final accounts, reports, valuations etc
* Preparation and submission of presentations
* Personal Assistant to Belfast Partners – arranging diary/partnership events
* Organising business travel
* Open mail, recording the contents and distributing same (when required)
* General office duties
* Telephonist
Personal Attributes:
* A minimum of one years previous experience in a Typist role
* Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, to include Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint (Indesign desirable)
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage and prioritise a busy workload
* Ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team
Remuneration and Conditions of Assignment:
* Full-time, permanent position
* 9am-5.30pm, flexible on start times
* Salary will range between £24,000/£25,000 Plus Benefits
