Brook Street is delighted to be working on behalf our client, a leading organisation to recruit a new Customer Care Administrator/Receptionist to join their team, based here in Belfast.

The candidate hired for this job will be responsible to assist in the provision of effective and efficient services to the clients` customers.

Duties include

" Provide all aspects of customer care to the owners and residents of the ARC apartments, record and update tenant issues and maintenance on the customer care database

" Preparing tenant manuals, issue and management of gate key fobs and electronic door entry system for tenants

" Assist with inspections of apartments and common parts, preparation of condition reports, photographic records and dealing with the actions thereafter

" Take gas and electric meter readings at tenant changeovers

" Assist property team with purchasing items for apartment fit out and then fitting out

" Checking CCTV footage after incidents, liaising with security and police, preparing images and logs of events

" Any other duties within the competence of the post holder as required

" Administration including managing post, typing/issuing of correspondence, reports and purchase requisitions, photocopying, filing, and binding

" Provide a professional and courteous reception for all visitors to the TQL office

" Arrange meetings and provide refreshments for same

" Complete weekly office fire safety test

" Ad hoc administrative assistance to any aspect of the business as required

Essential Criteria
" A minimum of 5 GCSE`s (or equivalent) at Grade C or above, including English and Maths
" A minimum of 1 year`s administration experience gained in a professional office environment
" Excellent IT skills including sound working knowledge of MS Office Suite
" Excellent telephone manner and communication skills both written and oral
" Willingness to work positively within a team environment with strong emphasis on flexibility, collaboration, and efficiency
" Excellent organisational skills and capable of working to critical deadlines, whilst using own initiative
" Must be self-motivated with a keen interest in delivering the highest level of customer care.

Desirable Criteria:
" A recognised qualification in Property Management or related field
" A minimum of 1 year`s administration experience gained in property management or similar environment
" Experience of using Qube or other similar specialist property management software

Working Monday to Friday – office hours
Salary DOE – £21-£22K per annum
