Winchmore Tutors is a national tuition agency providing schools and local authorities with qualified teachers across the UK. We are looking for a local authority (LA) account manager to work full-time in our Marlow office.
LA tuition account manager – Salary £28 – 32k. Full time – 9am – 5.30pm Mon-Fri – Office based role.
Job Overview
Winchmore Tutors is a specialist tuition agency and Ofsted registered holiday camp provider working with primarily with local authorities and schools across the UK. We are looking for an diligent account manager to work in our Marlow office.
This is an administration role which is a split of placing tutors with students with high needs (SEND, behaviour, complex needs) that are referred by the local authority with appropriate tutors and then managing the case load of pupils, and quality assuring tuition.
This role involves quick thinking, being able to juggle a number of referrals at any one time, following processes, and good attention to detail.
We are looking for candidates with:
* A consistent work history with at least 2 years working in the same company.
* Work experience within education, scheduling, social care, customer service otherwise a demonstrable interest in these areas is key.
* An understanding of the UK education system
