Office Administrator
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £28000 – £30000/annum
Working for a well-established company based near High Wycombe you will provide full administration support to the team and office manager.
Salary £28,000 – £30,000 depending on experience, plus company performance bonuses.
Due to the location a full driving license is required. Working, Monday to Thursday 9am – 5.30pm and 9am – 4pm on a Friday, fully office based.
Duties:
* To prepare and type quotations as requested.
* To ensure that such quotations are checked by a colleague prior to issue and that they are produced in a timely manner to deadlines as advised.
* To enter quotations on the CRM database once submitted to a client.
* To provide support for colleagues in terms of administration, organising and facilitating the day to day operations of the company.
* To provide assistance to sales team as required.
* To be the first point of contact for inbound telephone calls and to direct such to the appropriate person.
* To manage the outgoing post parcels including the franking and recording in line with company policy and procedures.
* To arrange courier collections and deliveries.
* To process ‘Collection’ orders as required.
* To comply with the company’s environmental and recycling policies.
* To be responsible for the maintenance of ISO14001, FSC, FISP documentation and record keeping.
* To be responsible for the Stationery and store cupboard – keeping adequate levels of printed stationery.
* To ensure that the company pays Congestion charges for company vehicles as appropriate.
* To cover holiday leave for the Office Manager, you may be asked to attend events as required, 1-2 events per year.
* To process the weekly wages from time sheets.
* First Aid – will be required to attend a course to cover first aid in the office.
* To be aware of and comply with health and safety requirements and any legal requirements at all times.
Skills and experience required:
* Excellent IT skills including Microsoft office.
* Previous experience in a similar role dealing with processes and procedures.
* Highly organised and structured with strong attention to detail.
* Disciplined with regard to deadlines and time keeping.
* To be able to work on own initiative (self-starter), with minimum supervision
