Job Type : Permanent, Full Time

Salary : £28000 – £30000/annum

Our client has an interesting opportunity for an experienced all-round administrator to join their small but very busy team.
You will be supporting the Practice Manager and crossing many areas of business support including HR, Facilities, Health and Safety, and IT.
Of foremost importance for this role is confidentiality. You will be involved in activities involving personal information and personal situations. The ability to work at this level and with complete confidentiality is essential.
* Keeping records up to date and accurate – including personnel/HR information, business assets registers, supplier information
* Working with a range of suppliers and contractors including building maintenance services, stationery
* Assisting with Health and Safety management, organising training, periodic service checks and implementing required regulations
* Deal with day to day facilities co-ordination including purchasing of office equipment
* Action renewal of professional licences
* IT administration across the team including new starter requirements – hardware, software, passwords etc
* Provide a PA service to the Practice Manager
* Ad hoc projects as required by the business
* Day to day administration
The successful candidate will be able to work with minimum supervision and will ideally have experience of office support including HR, Facilities, Health and Safety and IT administration. A friendly, “can-do” attitude and the ability to get on with the job in hand.
