We are looking to recruit a brand new Mobile team consisting of Team Leader and Grounds Maintenance operative to start work immediately preferably located in the Central London area, the role involves travelling to sites working a mobile round outside of the city North & South responding to reactive works & maintaining the clients commercial properties to high visual standards on soft landscaping schemes, the role is avaialble for an immediate start and will lead to permanent positions for the right candidates.
You Must Have
Driving license (is essential) (Team Leader needs to drive, Drivers Operative can be a non driver)
Qualifications CSCS Card, PA1 / PA6 or chemical spraying (desirable)
Some commercial Landscaping Grounds Maintenance experience
Used power tools, mowers, hedge cutters & strimmers is essential
Good liaison & customer skills
Experience in a similar role, preferably on commercial properties
Available for an immediate start, training and tickets provided relevant to the sites
The Hours
Mon to Fri 40 hrs
Some early starts may apply
Unlimited overtime avaialble
The Job
Working for a large multi national established grounds maintenance company carrying out planned and reactive maintenance schedules/works
Using hand held power tools provided to carry out the following duties and responsibilities, grass cutting, weeding, bedding, planting, spraying and other associated tasks maintaining all company equipment and kit
Working in a small team and with iniaitive, covering London North/South and surrounding areas.
Fully expensed company vehicle Van, tools/equipment and PPE all provided
(You may be required to cover other sites meeting the customers needs)
