Job Details:
Times: 7am – 3pm – 35 hours per week
Pay Rate: £10.85 – £12.60
Location: Local Borough Council (East London)
Horticulture NVQ required
UK Driver's Licence required
Duties:
On a typical day working in parks and gardens you could:
sow seeds, plant bulbs and ornamental plants
grow plants from cuttings and by grafting
water, weed, prune, feed and spray plants
mow grass, cut dead growth and branches, and generally tidy up
lay paths and look after ornamental features
monitor plant health and quality
Digging, Mowing, Trimming
Driving Council Vehicle
