£10.25 per hour (37.5 hours per week)

Full time, temp to perm

Our facilities management client maintain public and private grounds all over the UK. Due to new contracts they have vacancies in north London for Mobile Caretakers.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

* Grass and hedge cutting using petrol mowers and strimmers

* Litter picking and sweeping

* Driving a 3.5tn company van from one location to another

* Leaf clearance and gritting during the autumn and winter

* Cleaning communal spaces such as corridors and stairwells

Essential Skills/ Experience:

* Full, manual, UK driving licence

* A good team player

* The ability to build strong working relationships

* Reliable and a good timekeeper
