Salary :

We're seeking a marketing professional who can oversee a variety of technical and onsite SEO tasks for different clients, support team growth, and communicate project updates to clients effectively.

Qualifications:

Background in technical SEO with experience in search marketing.
Ability to collaborate with clients, potential clients, and internal teams to maintain high-quality Search marketing efforts.

Responsibilities:

Participating in technical SEO audits, including coding evaluations, core web vitals assessments, schema mark-up evaluations, content optimisation, and keyword analysis.
Monitoring clients' website performance, analysing data, and providing strategic optimisation recommendations.
Developing SEO strategies aligned with client objectives, website performance, and available resources to deliver measurable outcomes.
Cultivating strong client relationships by presenting ongoing work in regular meetings.
Staying updated on industry trends to advance technical SEO knowledge and contributing thought leadership through content creation.
Supervising junior Technical SEO team members to support their professional growth and performance objectives.
Promoting a culture of open communication and trust among team members, clients, and stakeholders.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Hands-on experience implementing technical SEO strategies, coupled with a solid grasp of SEO principles and tools.
Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to decipher client requirements.
Proficiency in tools such as GA4, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Google Looker Studio, Screaming Frog, and SEMrush.
Preferred experience in nurturing long-term client relationships within an agency or consultancy, with strong communication skills for technical discussions.
Ability to thrive under pressure and effectively manage time.
Strong affinity for data analysis and attention to detail, with experience in analysing data and website source code.
Experience in mentoring junior team members or a willingness to develop mentoring skills.
Strong numerical, analytical, written, and verbal communication abilities.
