Salary : £28000 – £36000/annum

M4 Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Audio Visual Technician / Co-ordinator to work for a live event production company who provide an range of event-related services. Which include event production, creative content development, equipment rental and event management.
MAIN DUTIES:
* Responsible for the day to day management and delivery of the AV Hire business.
* To respond promptly to customer hire enquiries, advise clients of equipment specifications appropriate to their needs and provide accurate quotations and follow up.
* Processing customer orders on receipt of order confirmation, ensuring that hire booking procedures are followed.
* Picking, loading, delivering, installing, operating and removing audio visual equipment – into client premises and venues.
* To complete hire booking procedures using the company systems and keeping those systems fully up to date.
* PAT test all electrical equipment on a rolling basis with one overall annual stock check.
* Management of LMLE vehicles to include MOT, services, weekly checks and cleanliness
* Attending and contributing to Company meetings and carrying out duties as appropriate.
We are looking for a well-rounded, proactive person with experience of the AV industry or a background in Theatre / Production.
The ideal candidate would have a minimum of 2 years technical experience and good client communication skills.
Candidate must have a full, Clean Driving License with experience of driving a 3.5t Van
