eCommerce Project Manager / Digital Agency Project Manager required to work for an L&D Client based near Swindon, Wiltshire. However, this role will only have a responsibility to be in the office (or on client sites) for 3 days per week. The other 2 will be working from home. When travelling to locations outside of the office, all expenses will be paid.
We need someone with strong Stakeholder Management skills and who can manage multiple projects. We need someone with a strong character who is used to taking the punches, along with driving projects forward. We need this person to be able to hold their own and not take things personally. All in all, you will be a proven project manager. Any experience working within a Digital Agency would be beneficial as the work would be very similar.
Day to day duties will include:
* Project initiation and planning
* Day to day project control
* Liaising with all stakeholders
* Fully utilising the project management platform
* Project gross profit through the profit tracker
* Raising purchase orders
* Sales forecasting
* Milestone and deadline management
* Addressing issues in a timely manner
* Flagging critical concerns promptly
* Liaising with account manage
* Organising user testing
* Internal project meetings
* Client project meetings
* Final delivery checks
* Facilitating client feedback with the account manager
* Securing and organising resources including associates and suppliers
* Checking and signing invoices
* Optimising the client relationship
* Reporting and Communications
* Managing live L&D programmes
