The role
As a Lyneham, you'll have a role that's out of the ordinary. Provide a variety of multimedia, eLearning, web and graphic design materials to support and improve Babcock service capability for the Defence Training Delivery contract.
Day to day, you'll provide a variety of multimedia, eLearning, web and graphic design materials to support and improve Babcock service capability for the Training Delivery Contract.
Design, develop, update and implement new media materials in collaboration with relevant stake holders and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)
Liaise with the clients to fully understand and interpret the brief, and develop appropriate materials
Provide advice, guidance and expertise on the use of applicable media in the design and creation of a variety of media content.
Push creativity, challenge established thinking and consider new and innovative ways of approaching the desired outputs.
Maintain a high awareness of industry issues and trends, particularly in line with emerging technologies and accessibilityEssential experience of the Media Developer
Must have experience in video and photography, graphic design, multi media – animation and 3D
Strong portfolio of successful creative projects, across different media types
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite CC
Proficient in 3D modelling/multimedia creation – Autodesk 3DS Max
Proficient in Microsoft Office 2016 & 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Photography and Videography experienceThis is a full time role based on site at Lyneham with an early finish one day per week.
Qualifications for the Media Developer
The successful candidate must be able to achieve SC security clearance for this role.
