Senior QS – Groundworks – Birmingham

Salary : £50000 – £85000/annum Car Pension Healthcare Bonus
Our client are a leading commercial groundworks contractor based in Birmingham. Due to significant growth as part of a controlled expansion plan they are recruiting a Senior Quantity Surveyor to financially manage commercial groundworks packages for their blue chip national developer client base. The role will be office based in Birmingham with visits to sites in the West Midlands. The Surveyor will be responsible for:
* Financially managing 3 – 4 groundworks projects at a time
* Producing monthly variations and cost reports
* Pricing variations
* Managing cash flow
* Settling client accounts
To be considered for the role you will have a background working with a recognised groundworks contractor in a similar position. In return you'll get the chance to work for a 'family feel' contractor with a non adversarial approach gaining the bulk of their work from repeat business with key clients.
