Site Manager – Civils, Highways, Groundworks – Dudley

Salary : £45000 – £55000/annum
We are currently looking for a Civils based Site Manager to work on a significant Infrastructure project in the Dudley area. The work will have a blend of heavy civils, structures and highways elements
Responsibilities to include
Managing the implementation of the project to the highest quality whilst maintaining excellent standards of health, safety and environmental management, ensuring that the clients exacting standards are met.
Organising and chairing the daily activity briefings and collaborative planning sessions to ensure the team stays on programme, on plan and on budget.
Produce and develop project programmes and control operations, confidently leading and motivating your direct internal workforce team, providing clear direction and resolving queries to ensure the project is delivered safely, on time and within budget.
Civils infrastructure site management around highways, roads, drainage, concreate, temporary works alongside experience of managing large, high value projects.
Report daily to the Contracts manager and deliver individual projects or parts of projects in a safe & environmentally responsible manner in line with the agreed schedule of works.
Ensure works are delivered within Cost and quality, in accordance with the projects standards and Principles – End Result – Projects delivered to time, cost and quality.
Manage Site Performance/contract management of works packages
You’ll have an up to date appropriate CSCS card, SMSTS, first aid at work certificate, minimum of NVQ Level 4 (HNC/NVQ4 etc)
