The team
Our Group Comms team drives the comms strategies that support our critical priorities right across our business. That includes Growing UK and Global Production, Transforming Broadcast (Media and Entertainment), and expanding Direct to Consumer. While delivering on our Social Purpose strategy, and accelerating change in diversity and inclusion too.
The role
This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who wants to edge closer to that Manager title. There’s never a dull day in the Internal Comms team, you will make a daily impact on the business with lots of room for your own ideas and creativity. This role has been designed so you will learn everything needed to run a comms function – from channel management, and technical experience, to creative campaign management. We want someone who’s hungry and keen to help us push things on and on. With lots of autonomy, this opportunity is brilliant for someone wanting to expand their communication, digital asset production and event management skills.
We’re looking for someone willing to step up, have new ideas and make things happen.

Channel management – driving improvements to our channels and inputting into channel planning
*
Writing all-colleague newsletters, articles and international emails
*
End to end management of event bookings, catering, entertainment, talent and/or calendar invites
*
Management of designing and delivering internal events and screenings for ITV Studios, along with our ICBP for ITV Studios
*
Partner with stakeholders across the business, providing internal communications advice as well as campaign management and business partnering with the Social Purpose team (across Better Health, Giving Back and Environment)
*
Centrally manage our internal comms focus groups and work with ICBPs on content
*
Tracking and measuring the effectiveness of our internal comms channels
*
Partner with IC Exec to drive forward our Day In The Life video series
*
Asset production – creating and editing internal videos, infographics, images and animations in vimeo, iMovie, Photoshop and InDesign (training can be provided)
Skills you’ll need (minimum criteria)
*
Worked at executive level and looking for a step up, closer to manager level role
*
Owned projects and worked independently
*
Worked internally with stakeholders
*
Past experience of web publishing and/or email building/marketing

Able to work to tight deadlines and stay calm under pressure

Possess creative flair, tonnes of ideas and excellent attention to detail

Great organisational and planning skills

You’ll have an opinion on things and the confidence to voice it, challenging us to try new things

You will be hungry to be busy and always learning
*
Desire to learn about emerging technologies

Experience with video production and editing would be beneficial, but training can be provided
