Oracle Fusion/HCM BI Reports Analyst/Developer

Job Type : Contract, Full Time

Salary : £500 – £625/day

Oracle Fusion/HCM BI Reports Analyst/Developer required for a client which has just gone live on their new Oracle Financials and HCM suites.

The Fusion/HCM BI Reports Analyst/Developer will be working with both the Finance and HR teams providing ongoing support on reporting aspects to the Oracle Cloud fusion application including productions support and ongoing continuous improvement enhancement support for all reports.

The Oracle Fusion/HCM BI Reports Analyst/Developer will have:

Proven report development experience using Oracle Tools – OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence) and Oracle BI Publisher – including dashboard reports, agents, scheduling and RTF template reports

Experience with Bursting through Scheduling + Scheduled Event Triggers

Good knowledge of the Oracle Fusion HCM and ERP underlying data table structures and strong SQL skills

Ability to work with a variety of stakeholders including C-Suite, to understand their data sets and requirements

Effective communication and the ability to prioritise multiple requests is essential for this role, as well as a keen eye for detail

Understanding and ability to follow the processes to take a design through transition and to deployment

Key skills for the Oracle Fusion BI Reports Analyst/Developer:

Reporting OTBI development skills

SQL Skills

Expertise in working with Visio and MS Word

Technical Oracle Integration Cloud

This is a global environment, and you will be supporting the existing user base and business post hyper care whilst also working on the add ons that were de-scoped from the initial implementation to ensure timely go live.

Split is likely to be 2 days in the London office and 3 days at home per week.

The status determination is inside IR35.

There will be 1 Teams interview with a quick offer and start to follow for the selected Oracle Fusion BI Reports Analyst/Developer.
