Team Support Group are delighted to be partnering with a not-for-profit organization based in the Warwickshire area who are seeking a Senior Horticulturist to join their team
A FULL clean Drivers Licence and Own Vehicle would be required for this role
The Hours 37 hours per week
The Salary £25,000 (negotiable depending upon experience)
The Role:
*To manage ALL garden elements of the assigned community
*Manage facilities of assigned community
*Manage the team
*Carry out regular assessments of team, provide support for areas of growth and development
*Manage budget and costs
*Work alongside Operations Team
*Must have a UK Drivers Licence due to travel between multiple sites
