Handyperson/Grounds Person
Job Type : Contract, Full Time
Salary : £10 – £11/hour
A large agricultural site based just outside Leamington Spa is looking to appoint a Grounds Person/Light Maintenance as and when required.
This would suit a semi-retired/retired person who is flexible with hours when they can work.
Friendly, family run business who respect work/life balance and are highly supportive.
General Light Handy / Maintenance Duties to be involved in general upkeep of sites. Full clean driving licence essential.
A cheerful all-rounder for Grass cutting, Grounds Upkeep, Cleaning, Painting, small property repairs, checking machinery etc.
Must be happy with flexible daytime hours and seasonal variations to suit tasks hence suitable for someone wanting fewer hours in the cold winter period, but happy to make hours up in the warm summer weather. An interest in growing would be an advantage, to develop an allotment for Charity Gifting.
