Customer Service Advisor
Job Type : Permanent, Temporary, Full Time
Salary : £8.91/hour
We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisors on behalf of a well- established online retail company based in Rochdale. This is a temp to perm vacancy with full time shifts available at a rate of £8.91 per hour.
Customer Service Advisor job duties:
* Dealing with customers over the telephone
* Resolving issues such as missing parcels and damaged products
* Dealing with returns
* Taking new orders and dealing with customer queries
* Using order management software
Hours of work:
Monday to Thursday 10am to 6pm
Friday 10am to 4pm.
Customer Service Advisor Skills:
* Previous customer service experience is essential
* Excellent IT skills
