Salary : £17895 – £41000/annum inc. £2,000 perm month OTE

A fantastic opportunity to join a market leading brand and a well-established, reputable and local business, Kingston Recruitment are currently looking to source an enthusiastic Sales Advisor to join our client’s existing team.

Part time candidates will be considered if available throughout w/c 4th & 11th October
With an excellent training program available to all new starters, the right attitude and communication skills are everything required to be considered for this role.
The successful candidate, once trained, will drive sales through a mix of outbound sales campaign related activities with B2B customers in an environment which motivates and supports.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Achieve daily and monthly outbound customer dial and conversion targets
* Ensure you achieve the performance targets set for productivity, sales and gross profit contribution.
* Record call activity and outcomes daily using internal system
* Support and participate with Arco sales promotions and ensure all leads are acted upon within SLAs determined.
* Gather and share competitor information where appropriate.
* Manage a call-back diary to ensure customers are contacted when requested.
* Use own judgement to ensure first contact resolution, engaging cross functionally to provide excellent levels of customer service.
* Adhere to pricing compliance guidelines within set parameters.
* Communicate regularly with Line manager on changes in stock or innovation for them to act upon.
* Maximise and encourage a proportion of the business through the web channel.
* Handle customer acquisition sales processes and related activities.
* Generate customer insight around new product/service – and feeding back to Insight and Analytics function.
* Value add activities such as upselling new products and providing customer personalisation through system information.
The ideal candidate will have existing experience in a customer service focussed environment and a willingness to learn new skills. This role offers a good basic salary and up to £2,000 per month in on target earnings.
Working full time hours Monday to Friday
