Veterinary Nurse Sales Operator
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £22000 – £23000/annum
My client is now recruiting for a Veterinary Sales Operative to join their growing team. You will need to be either semi/qualified Veterinary Nurse for this role, as you will be speaking to Vets about new and existing products and need to be able to give advice and guidance.
Being able to build rapport and client relationships is the key to success for this role.
It is a permanent position and the hours of work are Monday – Thursday 9-5 and Friday 9 – 4.30
Key Responsibilities:
* Contacting existing clients that are Veterinary practises and advising them on new products that have become available.
* Taking payments and orders
* Making outbound calls and sending emails
* Building a solid client base
* Offer advice and guidance on medical products
* Escalate calls where a relevant question cannot be dealt with by yourself
* Record all data on CRM systems
* General day to day administrative tasks
* Work as part of a team and offer flexibility when needed
Key Skills
* Qualified / Semi qualified Veterinary Nurses – RVN
* Excellent verbal and nonverbal communication skills
* Ability to build rapport with clients and long-term relationships
* Experience in making outbound calls
* Accuracy and eye for details are also important in recording data via the CRM / IT Systems
* High level of customer service
* Full training will be given
