Responsibilities
Prospect and develop strong executive relationships to win business, and drive retention.
Create new sales opportunities via telesales and lead generation by working as a team to unlock initiatives to market and promote the advertising platform.
Develop excellent negotiation skills to ensure the best deal for the client and the best commission deal.
Work to ensure client retention and development.
Challenge and support ‘Wild Cards’ for customers where appropriate.
Identify opportunities of specific rebooking’s and repeat business.
Work to ensure there is a culture of proactive sales activity. Ensure clients are continually wow’d and supported in an intuitive and consultative style.
Attend exhibitions and networking events.
Take responsibility for achieving personal training and development plan.
Arrange site visits for clients in preparation for their event.
Attend industry events with the view to build relationships with our suppliers but also to use this as an opportunity to meet with clients and develop a partnership.
Manage the relationship with all accounts.
Proactively support the Hotel Education programme of 100 Hotel visits per year. *This will involve occasional weekends.
Hours Monday – Friday 0845 – 1730

Exceptional communication skills that allow you to engage people and build relationships.
