Telemarketing Executive

My Stamford based client is now recruiting for an enthusiastic Telephone Sales representative to contribute in generating sales and building good relationships with their existing award winning customer.
This role is a hybrid role and can be full or part time
If you love dogs especially puppies, you are going to love this job as you will be working on my clients dog breeding project
An effective telephone sales representative must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. You must be comfortable presenting products or services over the telephone as well as dealing with customer queries and complaints.
If you love building relationships and owing your own client account and happy to make outbound calls, then this could be exactly what you are looking for. This is a permanent role offers a starting salary of £19000- £21000 per annum. The working hours are Monday to Friday 9-5, or part time 25/30 hours, with onsite parking.
Responsibilities:
* Contacting potential customers to inform them about a product or service
* Answer questions about the product or company
* Ask questions to understand the customers’ requirements and close sales
* Enter and update customer information within the database
* Take and process orders accurately
* Handle any grievances to preserve the client’s reputation
* Go the “extra mile” to meet the sales targets and facilitate future sales
Skills:
* Proven experience as a Telemarketer/ Telephone sales representative or other sales/customer service role
* Proven track record of meeting sales targets
* Good knowledge of relevant computer programs/CRM software and telephone systems
* Ability to work as part of a team and alone
* Ability to learn about products and services and talk about them fluently
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
* Good level of education
