P+S Personnel are pleased to be recruiting for a Recruitment Administrator to join their busy team based in Great Yarmouth.

This role will be ideal for an individual who enjoys working within a fast-paced environment with varied tasks.

Main Responsibilities:

* Format documents in line with company policy.

* Add and update candidate and client details onto company CRM.

* Send and upload GDPR consent and registration documents.

* Cleanse the data base by calling candidates and updating their profiles.

* Upload other information and documentation onto company CRM.

* Format and advertise job posts.

* Collate information for sales leads.

* Deal with incoming phone calls.

* Prepare information for job fairs and careers events.

* File electronic and paper documentation.

* Gather client information for company mailer.

* Support other members of staff with administration tasks as required.

Hours of Work:

* Full time or part time available.

* Full time – Monday to Thursday 8:30 – 16:30 and Friday 8:30 – 16:00

* Part time – Tuesday to Thursday 08:30 – 16:30
