R13 Recruitment are working closely alongside a leading professional services business in their search for a Secretary to join their successful team. Based in Norwich city centre offices, this is a very important role working closely with the Director and senior management team.
This is a full time, permanent position working 9:30am-5:00pm Monday to Friday, with flexible working options available. This role is based in Norwich City Centre and is offering a salary of £26,000 to £29,00, as well as bonus and paid overtime opportunities.

The day to day
* Providing support to company Directors, including diary management and managing travel arrangements.
* Acting as the first point of contact for internal and external enquiries.
* Conducting administrative duties, including audiotyping and transcribing meeting notes.
* Maintaining company records.
* Providing ad-hoc support s required.
You will have/be
* Previous administration or secretarial experience.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Proactive attitude and ability to manage a busy and diverse workload effectively.
* Strong IT skills and use of Microsoft Office platforms.
