Project Manager-Groundworks
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £55000 – £85000/annum Car Pension Healthcare
Our client are a growing established groundworks contractor based in Birmingham. Due to significant growth they are recruiting Project Managers to manage large groundworks packages in the West Midlands. They have a strong client base of blue chip build contractors and the majority of their work comes from repeat business. The Project Manager will be responsible for:
* Management of health and safety
* Planning and programming of site activity
* Material selection and ordering
* Client liaison
* Record – keeping
To be considered for the role you will have a background and track record working with a recognised groundworks contractor in a similar position. You'll have had a background either as an Engineer or Foreman before moving into a management position. Career opportunity to join an expanding contractor with strong scope to get to the next level.
