We're looking for a highly experienced Plasma/ Press Brake Operto join them in Dalbeattie for a permanent Monday – Friday role.
What you'll be doing;
Set and run various machines
Maintain equipment and supplies
Responsible for keeping a clean working environment
Input data from drawings i.e. material thickness, bend information etc
Organise and store parts
Communicate with management and peers regarding parts and orders
Work within our Health & Safety policy, and in a professional manner
About you;
Previous experience using a press brake is preferred
Ability to read drawings
Ability to work under pressure, this will be an intense position at times, therefore being able to have quick reactions to changes and challenges will be an advantage
Good organisations and communication skills with the ability to convey information verbally to fellow team members.
Manual handling
Good time keeping, reliable and takes pride in the quality of their work
Over time may be required at short notice.
