Job Type : Permanent, Full Time

Salary : £9 – £10.50/hour

Monday – Friday: 8am – 5pm

£9-10.50 per hour depending on experience

Duties will include:

* Being the first point of contact for all telephone calls received in to the main office

* Completing daily delivery notes and other documentation

* Raising daily job sheets and controlling the job book

* Other administration duties as may be necessary in a busy office

* Liaison with customers who visit the site in person, via email and also by phone

* Liaison with the shop floor team

* Cover for other members of staff during holidays periods

The ideal candidate:

* Will have a good understanding of Microsoft Office, particularly word and excel

* Will have a good, confident manner when speaking on the telephone and when communicating in person with others

* Will have good timekeeping skills

* Will be flexible in their approach to the varying work requirements of our busy office
