Salary : £12.50/hour

Our client, a longstanding manufacturer within the food & drinks industry, is seeking an Administrative to help in their busy Finance/Sales Office.
Role: –
As a Finance Administrator and Customer Sales Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the office and providing high-level support to the Managing Director.
Responsibilities: –
* Inputting sales and finance information on Xero.
* Checking invoices against purchasing notes etc.
* Assisting in creating reports for department heads.
* Ensuring that all information and tasks within the office are documented and implemented correctly.
* Confident in using MS Office.
* Dealing with customer queries whether on the phone or via email.
Skills: –
* Good working knowledge of Xero is essential.
* Proficient in MS Office.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Benefits: –

Hours: Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm (34hrs per week).
Salary: £12.50 per hour.
