Job Type : Permanent, Full Time

Salary : £18000 – £20000/annum DOE

Our client based in Altrincham are seeking a Client Experience Manager to join their team. The purpose of the role will be to provide an excellent service to clients and keeping them fully up to date with their property transaction.

Duties include;

* providing general customer service support via telephone and email

* Contacting clients at key points throughout their journey

* Answering clients questions in an efficient and timely manner

* Adhering to the firms AML policy

* Develop a trusted relationship with the client

* Manage the clients expectations

* Gathering feedback from customers and ensuring it is reported through the case management system

* Passing on compliments and complaints to seniors

* Ensuring issues are resolved as quickly and efficiently as possible

* Liaising with external teams of the firm

* Ensure customer care is provided

Our client is keen to speak with candidates who have the following skills;

* Experience in either customer service, property or legal sector work

* Excellent written and verbal skills

* Excellent telephone manner – candidates who come across polite and have a professional telephone manner

* Strong attention to detail, organisation and problem solving skills

* Ability to learn new IT systems

This is a full time permanent role, salary will be dependent on experience and after successful probation candidates will be eligible for the bonus scheme.
