Proclaim Developer
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £40000 – £40001/annum Salary DOE
Do you have a minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Proclaim Developer?
Do you have some experience of IT/ Help desk support?
Do you have extensive knowledge of developing/ maintaining Proclaim, including the use of Workflow?
Do you want to work in South Manchester?

Working as part of a small team, duties include:
* Creating reports
* Document templates
* Using advanced reporting and SQL to improve system reports for management
* Setting up import/ export/ auto routines
* Maintaining Proclaim system
* Help support testing process
* Deal with MIWH changes
* Document changes on Proclaim
* Assisting on producing SQL reports and the firm's MI
* Regularly review outstanding case management related issues
* Building Linked Actions
* Developing workflows using Linked Actions, auto routines and maths codes to improve the efficiency of the business
* Document and understand all known issues/ reoccurring requests for help to ensure long term resolutions
* Maintain the application to ensure the correct versions of precedents, templates. documents and updates are available to users
