Remortgage Fee Earner
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £20000 – £20001/annum DOE
Our client based in Altrincham are seeking a remortgage fee earner to join their team. The Successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of re-mortgage transactions and taking full responsibility for all elements of the transaction.
Duties include:
* Manage a caseload from inception to completion
* Deal with clients and third parties over the phone, face to face and via written correspondence
* Keep the case management system up to date
* Provide excellent client service at all times
* Prepare required documentation
* Supervise the preparation of completion packs for the accounts department, to include completion statements and invoices
* Ensure all completions go through on time
* Comply with all policies and procedures
Candidates must have a minimum of 6 months experience as a Re Mortgage Fee Earner, running your own caseload as well as experience of case management systems, ideally Proclaim
